He deals with the coordination and organization of the planning branch of the firm.

He supervises the urban planning activities, the setting up of the layout of large multifunctional, office, production, logistics buildings, from the analysis of the territorial situation, the regulatory aspects, geological surveys, to the coordination with consultants and external specialists, structural calculations, plant engineering.

He follows the development of the project from its preliminary phases up to the final testing and safety implementation, supervising the parallel development of the working plans and the construction supervision.

In addition to large-scale projects, he coordinates the residential construction sector from feasibility study to delivery to the customer.

He is IT manager and supervisor of the organizational system for quality management ISO 9001/2015.
