The building is part of a very critical and degraded context, between a congested road, the railway and the overpass, which make it difficult to manage the surfaces and views.
Designed as a small brick tower, it combines the lowest cost with a good performance and image result, through a play of full volumes in which some arch windows open to give breath and light to the interiors.
The building consists of 7 mini-apartments, a commercial unit on the ground floor and a parking in the basement.
