The project uses a previously built lot, located between the Milan - Venice railway line and the Strada Padana Superiore.
The narrowness of the free area made it necessary to mitigate the settlement with green building measures in the elevations of the building.
The difficult environmental situation is addressed in the project through the use of visual and sound shields, to ensure good conditions for the work environments, both in the production portion on the ground floor and in the management complex on the upper floors.
The large curtain wall facing north, has allowed to obtain a good natural light, but also to minimize the effects of solar radiation and therefore to provide a rather high depth of the building.
