The project involves the recovery of the dryer of the former Eridania sugar refinery, a building consisting of a ground floor used as a hall for events and two upper floors, used as offices and a training center for international trade.
The renovation focused mainly on the remaking of the structures starting with the roof, made of steel trusses and covered with aluminum plates.
The interior was conceived as a flexible space, which can be divided into several units, in which the perception of the large overall volume was maintained, through the distribution on mezzanines and double-height rooms.
