The Scientific Board of the Field Environment and Territory of the Veneto Region (Area Ambiente e Territorio della Regione del Veneto), on nomination supported by the Municipality of Legnago for the Prize for town and territory planning "Luigi Piccinato" - Edition 2009, awarded a selection referring to the project of a multipurpose settlement already partially realized on the area of the former sugar mill of Legnago.
The plan performed by the firm Gabbiani & Associati is issued on a catalogue and exhibited at the show of the selected products, prepared at the dryer of the former sugar mill, commonly referred Building 13 (Edificio 13). The restoration work of the building, recently completed to house the Italo-Indian school of High Education and Knowledge Management (Alta Formazione e Gestione della Conoscenza), have also been directed by Gabbiani & Associati.
The prize-giving ceremony, at the Building 13, on February 13th. The show shall be open till February 14th.
